Women of the ELCA (WELCA)

WELCA meets monthly on the 3rd Wednesday of the month with a noon luncheon followed by Bible study and business meeting. Special projects include: making personal health care, school, & baby care kits; making quilts that are donated to Social services, Lutheran World Relief, and the APOC (Abused Persons Outreach Center); and financially supporting local, regional, & global charities. We have an annual Fall Festival which consists of a delicious baked potato bar, bake sale, & gift basket drawing. All women are invited to take part in any of our ongoing WELCA activites.
